& Conditions
Bookings are
made from Saturday to Saturday.
The property will be available from 4.00pm, and we ask that visitors vacate the
property by 10.00am on the day of departure.
This is to allow time to prepare the house for the next guests.
Arrangements can be made on request if this does not suit.
Upon
confirmation of a firm booking, we will require an initial deposit of 30% of the
letting fee.
This is to cover for any cancellation that may arise by the booking party.
The remaining sum will be required 8 weeks prior to the letting period.
Please note, any monies paid within the final 8 week period will not be
refunded if a cancellation on the guests part is made.
If however, we are able to re-let the property, we will refund all monies less
the 30% deposit.
In the unlikely event that the property becomes unsuitable or unavailable for
letting through circumstances
beyond our control once bookings have been taken, we reserve the right to
cancel bookings for the property.
In this case, all monies will be reimbursed.
A
damage\security deposit of €500 will also be required when sending the
remaining balance.
This is to cover for any damage or breakages that may occur during the stay, and
also for any exceptional
additional cleaning that may be required beyond the norm.
This will be returned (in full\part) within 7 - 14 days after the letting period
is over.
We would
recommend that a comprehensive Travel Insurance is taken out when travelling
abroad,.
Most have cancellation cover, which may recover any non refundable monies,
as well as cover for any personal injury arising during the holiday.
Sub-letting
or exceeding the property's maximum occupancy without the prior consent of the
owners, is forbidden.
We would
appreciate if all guests have the house left in a clean and tidy condition on
the day of departure.
