The house is set in lovely gardens (mainly to the front of the house) that are fenced in and gated ,
 making them ideal for the children to run around in,
or simply pretty to look at whilst you sip your local Bergerac wine, or coffee on the terrace.

A car is essential for this holiday, but you only need to drive 5 minutes for the baker and 5 minutes for the
charming local town, Belves, where you will find a Saturday market, an interesting selection of shops,
a children’s playground and a good choice of restaurants.

The house is spacious and modern with a light and airy feel, all rooms are on one level and the main living
area overlooks the pool, garden and valley beyond.

 Large sejour which is a kitchen /dining area and lounge all in one with two very large and comfortable sofas,
 log fire, sky tv, cd / MP3 player, Xbox / DVD player.

 and has two very comfortable pull out beds that sleeps an additional 4 people in the summer months.
