formerly an atelier, (workshop) with many classical elements.

Large living room (75 m2, classical style) with a big, superb open
fireplace.
Large kitchen with bar and pantry (combined about 30 m2) and toilet.
The kitchen provides access to the covered terrace, ideal for
breakfast and alfresco dinning.
Under the kitchen is a small cellar.
1st Floor:
Delightful large bedroom with beams and character features (25m2) with
En-suite bathroom
(shower, toilet, complete washing facilities and towel dryer, with
dresser).
Second bedroom (22m2) with double sink, shower and towel dryer (seche-serviette).
Hall with toilet.
Two Terraces:
One roofed (18m2) by the kitchen and the other behind the house across
the street (Rue du Chateau) (40m2).

Central heating is throughout the house. Comfortable furniture
and decorations in French country-style ‘brocante’.
The kitchen has a 5-burner stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator, a
'senseo' coffee machine, washing machine and dishwasher.
The house is not
suitable for small children (open antique stairwell).
Smoking is only permitted outside.
Cleaning fees are 75 Euros per week (including linen and towels)
